No idea why you guys keep expecting there to be any logic or planning behind any of this. It is random and fluctuating as "priorities" change. Some of the 15% is already done, but more will come as cash and net income are pressured.

This new date is as good and any wild a$$ guess, how about as sometime in the next … eventually it will be right. It’s going to happen.
They are more than likely out of control at the top-and really have no idea how incredibly incompetent they are as leaders, planners, responsible adults. My guess they are waiting for things to line up - some big deal, partnership agreements, legal issue, spin off or out, regulatory related issue, and that is delay for the real new organization-that drives the 15% staff reductions.
I personally think it is the gross incompetence of leadership, regardless it will not end well for anyone (us, customers, suppliers) other than the senior robber barons at the top. After they do 15% of us work bees in with unemployment - they will all go to “CEO Club” to party with the bald one!

Nobody knows, probably already happened or isn’t going to be who you think, or anybody at all.
