Still waiting on our W-2s over here for those who were fired, laid off, or resigned/retired in 2023. Guess that ADP replacement isn’t working out so well. Not like I wanted to submit my taxes early to get that refund THANKS GUYS!

This happened to me as well. I’d been enrolled in ADP electronic W2 when I received notice in December that W2s would arrive by mail. I had to call twice and beg HR to reissue my W2 after 2/15. My reissued W2 arrived on 2/19. My advice: if you still haven’t received your W2, call and get them to reissue it ASAP!

Your thoughts are correct, they must be postmarked by 1/31. Incompetence abounds.
I thought by law they have to be sent by 1/31
