The business has slowed down way too much for them to keep all our jobs much longer. TW will leave us some breadcrumbs to follow at his meeting next month. They’ve worked us into the ground and beat us to a pulp so they’re letting us rest awhile. Before they flip the switch. They just won’t let us work at this slow pace for a long time. They have a plan and we are just placeholders until they execute that plan. Polish up your resumes.

They certainly appear to strongly dislike their employees. They’ve made it abundantly clear since 2019 in almost every way possible aside from directly telling you that they wish they had far less employees.
It's a multi national corporation with no conscience and no soul. Why would you expect to anything else but a widget?
