Funny how building Y gets 10% to do their job, but building X gets nothing, and hear they’ve pulled money from the merit/promotional budgets.

You need to threaten to quit and then you will get a new pay grade. It is working for engineer in the RDC III building (S.D.) he said he would quit if he didn't get a increase in pay so now they posted a job that only he is qualified for. So it works in the group IEF.
How do we know that the pay structure is way under what it should be? I read the postings for other companies what am I missing?
Lol no. Only FAJ gets 10%. I’ve worked in X Y Z A and RS and nobody is happy. Nobody on the floor is getting paid enough. Even if the company did a market adjustment raise across the board at 10% they’d still fall well below Hyundai’s starting pay. I love the aircraft but I can’t justify starving to death to stay at a company that is paying so far below the industry standard. It’s embarrassing for a company with “record breaking profits and backlogs”. It’s getting mentally and physically exhausting.
Don't worry, wait until they tell you how your rasies will work this year. You'll be even more upset. Our manager just informed us.
The whole building y does not get the 10 %. It’s just the FAJ fixtures
HR knows..
Does anyone know the actual turnover percentages of employees from building X and Y?
I've worked in production in building X and Y and I honestly don't think Y is any harder. I also agree that the pay structure is lower than it should be across the board for production employees.
In case you didn't know! X and Y aren't the only buildings at the Sav campus. In fact, X and Y wouldn't even exist without the other buildings. So don't forget the little people that make it happen too.
If you've ever worked in Building Y, you would understand. That entire building is uncontrolled chaos. No one wants to work in that building. They have a hard time keeping the headcount. However, I believe that the entire pay structure for the whole company is way under what it should be.
