They extinguish people’s livelihoods without regard to the resulting toll it takes on their physical and mental health. They truly do not care about their employees that have worked themselves into the ground for years for them and put their families and their health on the back burner to go above and beyond for the job only to be tossed aside like flaming hot garbage just for the sake of saving a few cents. May the people that make these decisions just so the C suite can get a few extra dollars on top of the millions they already have burn in h***

Sorry but this behavior/operations has been this way for yeaaaarrrs. We are all login id numbers. We really dont have a value to them. Someone else can do the job cheaper. Someone else can take on another person’s work. The sole purpose of a company is to make as much money as possible, with less people, pay, benefits. Anthem is huge. Im sure gail doesnt know one person’s nanme beyond a VP level
Other publicly traded companies conduct business overseas. Anthem receives its money from people working in the U.S. and then outsources jobs overseas to increase profit. Very short sighted. Keep it up corporate America, and soon there won’t be enough people to purchase their product.
Never go above and beyond. Be mediocre. This is what leadership is showing us. This is what they inspire in us.
But we can do better. Outsourcing and H-1b should stop if there is any layoff to anyone in the company, state, or country.
Every public traded company operates this way
