Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Post Takedown

There was a post here taken down about "crumbling" - the only way it was taken down is someone contacted this platform and told them to take it down. If that is the case, this platform is not as protected or anonymous as they claim.

As long as you’re not d-mb enough to look up this site on a company laptop or computer they will never know.

This platform can be completely anonymous and still have things taken down, it is an open forum on the Internet that anyone can read including employers. If nonpublic information is posted this website has the duty and obligation to protect itself and take those posts down. The employer can't identify an individual posting on the internet with their private device, they can't look up an IP address used to access a website outside of their network. Law enforcement and the courts can do this through legal actions.

Weird… they can’t get my laptop to even work. I doubt they are tracking down personal IP addresses. Elavon will be CLEANED out when merchant payment services conversion is complete. If you’re not directly brining in revenue your job is at risk. Marketing, partnerships, etc can all be handled by the bank. They want butts in the seats and this is how they will do it for ELAVON with is largely remote.

@ofc+1rZG7Qbr, I read Truist forum regularly, and haven't noticed that yet. The only name-mentions I've seen so far are those of individuals listed as their key executive team. Unless by "non managing committee" you're referring to former BB&T execs, because they're mentioned there quite often.

The poster had mentioned non managing committee employees, which seems to trigger the moderator. In other companies forums (ie Truist), management is regularly mentioned by name and the posts are not removed. I would not doubt for a moment that Elfio is having the legal department send the thelayoff.com cease and desists on the regular.
