The Cigna Group Named Among Best Employers for Health and Well-Being

I thought this was a April fools joke, but it appears to be a press release from Cigna so we all know it's a lie.

PR department already pays to have “online reputation” management company write false reviews on Glassdoor and elsewhere. Guarantee they got them to vote in whatever this BS is to make it seem like this mega-corporation coal mine is a nice place to work.

could not stop the eye roll from them trying to boast about this discussion on linkedin.. "how feeling unseen at work can impact the health of your employees and your business

I’m out after 20+ years! What a relief!
My manager had no clue what I was doing because of being so tangled up in the Agile Process and what it was supposed to look like, not reality. I worked LinkedIn like a job, daily. Landed an incredible role with a great company. They invest in their people.
Get out…there is life beyond the lies and chaos!

Cigna and its subsidiaries are blood-su-king, leech corporations. Everyone get the fu-k out while you can. No one on my team is happy and we are incessantly gaslit by our supervisor. Stand your ground and blast out those applications for roles outside the company. Your freedom awaits!

How deceitful can they be? Job eliminating thousands at this point since last fall and entire teams of dedicated and talented employees with an average over 15 years in the company every where across the enterprise. The new “contractors” coming in to supposedly replace others who have been there decades, especially in Behavioral and IT are already looking and finding better opportunities when they witnessed what they have been pulled into. Those in solid standing teams across the enterprise are feeling angst and equally ready to jump ship. Faith in this organization has been lost. I have seen so many talented educated colleagues lose their jobs, now stuck in a saturated job market trying to find another “job” to
support their families, when Cigna/Evernorth was more than a job , it was their life and passion to help their business area succeed, no matter what it took to do so!
