Yes, we hate unions.

The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) announced the release of the highly anticipated fifth edition of Rich States, Poor States: ALEC-Laffer State Economic Competitiveness Index. This report explains how state policymakers can most effectively drive economic growth and improve the standard of living for their citizens. The publication outlines two sets of state rankings. An economic performance ranking is based on the past 10 years of economic data and takes into consideration income, population, and job growth. An economic outlook ranking uses 15 equally weighted policy variables, including various tax rates, regulatory burdens, and labor policies. This year, Utah ranked first in the nation, while New York ranked dead last.

Other leading growth states are South Dakota, Virginia, Wyoming and North Dakota — all Right to Work states. The poorest states — Hawaii, Maine, Illinois, Vermont and New York all are Big Labor dominated and have refused to empower workers with Right to Work protections.

First things first Anti-Union folks: in most states you can have the benefit of Union reps without paying Union dues. Second: without Union reps you are on your own to fight TMO and its lawyers. And finally: when your job is moved to contract position you will getting a 30-50% pay cut. Still hating Unions?

Yes, please take union dues out of my pay for the glory of paying some college dropout union organizer at CWA to take home six figures that gets me exactly nothing.

Anyone that hates unions has probably not been in an union. Probably too stupid to be accepted. If TMO goes union, it will be CWA. There is no such thing as a vote. If 50% plus one sign up, that work group has unionized. TMO doesn't care. All of Germany TMO is union. I'm not suggesting you all go union, but don't listen to a bunch of scabs that try to scare you. There's a reason thier called scabs. Just a bunch of thin skinned little pieces of blood.

Too little, too late. Alot of us got $h1t canned in August. Oh well... making over $15k/year more now with a role that won't leave me totally useless in the job market like TMO did... They isolate their technology people so much that it's damn near impossible to land a gig afterwards b/c you've been doing one thing for so many years and all these other companies want you to do 20 things.

Front line workers in stores and the call centers need to desperately unionize. Pay and work conditions have quickly deteriorated in the last couple of years in these positions. Hourly pay went up sure, but incentive pay took a gigantic hit which is making many earn less and significantly cap earning opportunities.

No real opportunities to promote to anything meaningful.

Unions had their place in the US. 50 years ago. Which is why this woke company is embracing the FJB Su-k and finding more ways to drive the economy into the ground. Anyone get an overall pay bump of 31% since 2021, when FJB was elected? No. So your real pay is actually DOWN by 20%.

The only ones who have are...wait for it...the T-Mobile Senior Executives.

Why? Nothing changes and your pay is now less cause of union dues, just as the Connecticut market.

If you want to unionize you need to get rolling because I think T-Mobile will be outsourcing the operations department by the end of the year.

Why not fu-k the company up even more? Unions are a big part of the reason the economy in this country has failed! Forcing employers to pay ridiculous wages for substandard work, and driving companies overseas or hiring H1 foreigners. Yeah, great idea.

I love unions but no one is talking about it. Stop getting people’s hopes up.
