The ridiculous amount of brown nosing is horrible. They promoted someone to manager recently and the individual thinks they own the world. Inside their small head they think they have direct reports which they dont and never will and the only thing they try to do is indirectly micromanage folks to use it as a resume filler for their own midyear evaluation that is coming up soon. And the worst part is they dont even know their own job let alone trying to tell others how to do a job. So pathetic
