Have been enduring a bully situation for six months from a former attorney that loves to spin the truth and treat people as if they are being prosecuted in a court room. Last week, opened HR case #2 against this ECIO Info Gov Director for bullying and retaliation. Even contacted the VP asking to move me to another group, something that he offered in Jan 2024 as he wanted to try and fix things, stating that if it did not workout after 3 months, he would help move me. So…HR rep was assigned last week but never got the chance to talk to the bully as the bully had my employment terminated yesterday. Sounds a lot like retaliation. Yes HR, you were provided the documentation during the first case and failed to act upon it. Don’t worry. I have the copies in case you lost it. Is anyone aware of any current class action lawsuits? If not, would anyone like to join a class action lawsuit? Unfortunately, there will probably be some reputational harm. Also, are there any attorneys interested in assisting?

She’ll just hear out your complaints to be “in the know” but won’t do anything about your grievances.

Email the board of directors with your proof of retaliation. They will listen. They will ask for answers from the accountable EC.
If ER conducted an investigation, that would be key information for your purposes. Good luck!
maybe the purpose was not to remain anonymous. you should never let companies and bosses oppress the workers. hopefully, the post will cause change. And change is not always pleasant. And it is rarely wanted in a corporate environment ruled by profits.

If you have ongoing litigation let your attorney speak for you. There are many ways that publicly blowing of stream can derail a lawsuit.

just saying...if you are serious about suing, posting your grievances here is not a wise move.
oh, I forgot to mention that I was not just an employee. I’m a member. And since you were treating your members like this, especially from a bully that is not a member, you will reap what you have sown.
