Glassdoor 3.7 and dropping!

Keep letting the world know that Viasat is run by sh-t executives who developed a sh-t product with no future. Glassdoor was 4+ only a few months ago. You love to see it.

Senior leadership surely cared about Glassdoor rankings when they were good.. plastered across all hands emails and on LinkedIn etc,. Would hope they listen to what current and former employees are saying now.. but maybe that’s why morale is so low right now.

Don’t listen all the noise from PnC shills or fake employees that just want to convince you not to quit. Viasat wished for all our parties to be laid off, fortunately that was the result Viasat had to do it in an effort to make the product even shittier. However Viasat still treated them like human garbage, as they deserve, plus the company knows that there isn't a spine left between current employees, so don’t listen to all those Trolls!
Viasat was never on top and won't get there! No matter what happens, keep getting put down. For every time you get put down, the fall makes your employer richer and thrusts you to a new level of shame. Whatever you might be facing. In the end, what matters is how quickly you get back up and take another selfie.

Imagine being the individual who is just tracking the overall rating for Viasat on Glassdoor… what a sad and miserable life. With all businesses, ask yourself, who is more likely to leave a review, someone who had a “poor” experience or someone that had a good experience? Unless there is a massive trend with Glassdoor, or something that is extremely eye opening, most potential employees aren’t going to be phased by reports of a round of RIF. There are a ton of large companies going through the exact same thing.

Additionally, I am sure senior leadership is absolutely petrified about the 3.7 Glassdoor rating and probably losing sleep over it.

Don’t listen all the noise from former employees or rival companies that just want to bring the morale down. Viasat didn’t wish for all our parties to be laid off, unfortunately that was the result Viasat had to do it in an effort to reduce costs and to restructure Viasat’s business model. However Viasat still treated them with the respect and dignity they deserve, plus the company knows that they can count on our support in doing the same, so don’t listen to all those Trolls!
Viasat will be back on top once more! No matter what happens, keep getting back up. For every time you get back up, the fall makes you stronger and thrusts you to a new level. Whatever you might be facing. In the end, what matters is how quickly you get back up and take your power back!
