Especially little upward mobility for any White Christian male who won't kiss the ring of the radical bolshevik ideology pushed by HR and the C-suite (doing the bidfing of black rock). Everyone above a certain level must embrace pronoun insanity.

Yes at some higher grades 8,9,10, etc pay and the perks are decent, but what price are you paying for those perks. Sometimes the $$$ isnt all life is about.
Milk the tuition reimbursement (just don’t do for-profit college garbage for the sake of your career) and interview as often as you can (use PTO/Volunteer hours) then get out. Don’t let bonus discourage you. You easily make up for that in salary increase.

If that's the way you feel, you have to figure out if that's acceptable. If you're a phone agent then I agree, limited growth potential. If you are a lead earning $150-180k, decide if thet's ok. I have applied for a few jobs and unfortunately the pay was lower elsewhere. I'm working harder than I have ever worked but I feel like the compensation makes up for it until I am ready to scale back.
Be a shark.
Always hunting.
Nobody but you is fight for your career advancement.

If you're not seeing the runway for the growth you hoped for... you're probably right. So go build it. That probably means somewhere else. It does for me.
