Let's get rid of a few of them for a change. Who wants to bet nobody would miss them or even notice that somebody is gone?

Agree there's too many chiefs. Let's get rid of Gail.
It has has managers and Leads who don’t know the work or do their fair share.
Elevance is top heavy. Staffing ratio is well beyond its competitors. Right sizing is needed.
It also has too many Vices (pun intended).
