I don’t really think anyone knows from what I’ve been hearing. The last thing we were told was that by the end of the month we should have an idea of what was going to happen, so it’s really awesome to sit here and wonder if you’re going to have a job or not.

He's putting yes people in senior management positions. He wants tech workers who a) aren't expensive, b) will work 24/7 at an unsustainable pace and c) won't push back on him and his 'leaders' with whatever hare brained scheme they've come up with to 'modernize' our tech delivery; so let's offshore those jobs as quickly as we can. Then he'll have a work force that will just shut up and do what they're told and 'leaders' under him who will paint him a rosy picture of what's happening and tell him what he wants to hear. He'll have a nice thick layer of reality insulation. Tommy and the board won't give two sh--s as long as the money train keeps rolling.
Most people don't even realize that DTO is an actual business group and instead are babbling about their thoughts on transformative growth
At less then 55, did Julie P really retire or was she asked to leave by Rizzo and Tommy Shorts? She retired just like Glenn did, taken out by leadership. Is Glenn crying for her like she did for him?
When our brethren in India are ready, which will be in the next 24 months, all tech will be handled there and with AI. Ms B lies through her smiles. The goal is “Transformation” for more exec bonuses and higher stock price. Expensive American jobs take them in the wrong direction economically and need to be transferred offshore. Follow the money.
