It depends on area of work. However I've noticed things in our are were slower than normal.

Preliminary numbers out of DV suggest Q1 has actually been pretty decent. Substantially better performance compared to what was expected after Q4. Who knows how much it will matter though against whatever big announcements have already been planned.
