Decent place to work if you’re anything but a white male.. They have capped out opportunity for us. I have 4 and counting documented cases of rejections for interviews in which the candidate was told the standard ‘there are more qualified candidates.’ Mind you this is from a small group that I work with. Beauty here is we know and have validated that the actual hires were in fact not more qualified. The attorney is extremely optimistic. Any other examples are appreciated.
