Emir did his best to fight for his team. Anyone new coming in won't see a team...they will see budget, cost and headcount. I don't see how this doesn't lead to a huge round of cuts.

After getting legal representation before resigning. Settlement in works
Like him or not, are the new ‘exes” coming in better than ES? Have you met or worked with bpo global lead? Who interviews these candidates and how are they extended job offers?
Good riddance to “ Air Miles Emir “ !
He is heading to Cisco.
DPTW will be realized when the music stops and there is a single person sitting in the chair. I wonder what that person's name will be?
ML steamrolling every single “old” avaya person. This place soon to become a home for genesys rejects….
I loved the org announcement that said “GR is a transformational leader”. Transformational my rear 🤢🤮
Don’t know why this shade throwing at the guy. In my team’s interactions with emir, he was always professional & helpful… cut him some slack..
12 years of complete and utter failure while milking Avaya for all his worth. Nidal and the rest of the Dubai Clown Show should all be seriously worried now as should the EMEA VP's that have failed to speak up against the shocking International Leaderships behaviour and destruction of a once great business. AM should of been bold right from the start of his tenure and taken the power away from Dubai but this is finally a step in the right direction.............
