If Radiant is working in (or will be working in) your department, you will be replaced. Leadership is saying it is to assist with workload, but that is what they told VMS, and every single person has been replaced. Now Radiant is moving into the rest of Credentialing and Leadership is claiming it is to help with workload. The plan is to move all of Credentialing over to Radiant. AMNs plan is to offshore at least 75% of their workforce. Radiant is paid about $1 per day; of course if you are a Credentialing Analyst, you will be losing your job as soon as they can fully hand it over. The worst part is that Leadership keeps denying this even though it's happening.
Get your affairs in order and plan for another round of layoffs. Some may survive, but be assured eventually that $1/day is going to claim everyone. You are absolutely replaceable. Now that they are moving to a "by completed task" pay model, AMN will be able to pay even less to Radiant.

They're not done. They can't touch back end staff yet because they have never really put resources into standardized department processes or time studies. Each client is assigned to a person who may work it for years, high # client specific one-off processes, personally made documents or templates. Everything is more team centric then department centered and if someone leaves you better pray they made training docs and cheat sheets. They send out "mandates" every year to update these and put in a central file location but then leaders never bother actually validating so most of us just copy/paste the same old cr-p. If they want to lay me off, then every client specific Excel template I made goes with me 🤣🤣 oooops sorry forgot to move it to the folder before I purged my Desktop.

If financials dont change drasticslly there will almost def be more at end of quarter two. If you work in a dept that is heavy working with radiant,get applying elsewhere or at least saving.
