Can someone please give more information on this? Is it just BTS? Is there anyway to tell when and who is getting hit?

Thread is quiet. I guess false alarm?
“My department was told no layoffs, but they ended up layoff all the legacy WellCare hires…”
Was this in April?
My department was told no layoffs, but they ended up layoff all the legacy WellCare hires and keeping those hired under Centene.
I can totally understand and respect people who may have knowledge but are not impacted directly not wanting to call attention to themselves even if this site is supposed to be anonymous but those that say they WERE laid off can at least say what state and/or department was hit. I mean, what's the company going to do if they figure out who posted on here? Lay them off again?
Nobody is going to get too specific on here. This source is always questionable. Some mean well, others are just trying to stir the pot.
There seems to be enough chatter to indicate layoffs are indeed happening right now. How many, where, which teams or markets is a guessing game.
For real. Saying you or department got hit isn't enough. Atleast allude to where you are so some can prepare.
People posting vague on here but saying they have direct knowledge is kind of rude.
Obviously the people here are nervous and reaching out to their work community.
Makes you think, it's nit just the company. Everyone here is playing games.
I'm sure there are layoffs going on. The problem is no one is saying what state and department they're from so others know whether to be on the lookout and then acronyms are thrown out like they're common knowledge when they may be department specific so no one but those in those departments know what the heck they're talking about and when people ask what it means, no one comes back to explain.
If you're willing to post and let people know your area got hit, at least say where and what department otherwise your comment is useless. There's no preparing for or avoiding a layoff but at least one can anticipate and not have it be a surprise because someone was nice enough to say hey, just in case... it was us. So be on the lookout.
Well, I was laid off with yesterday as my last day. It's been happening but maybe under the radar
Layoffs are coming in 2024. Drew Asher said it last year when they talked about layoffs in the tow hall before October’s cuts.
Sarah and Drew are trying to cut expenses. As long as the cuts don't affect their private plane, bonus, company trips, $800+ a night hotels, lobster dinners, private security, and the company paid drinks. They don’t care who is affected
I'm going to get downvoted to he-l for this but one of the bad things about this message board is anyone can come on here and post anything they want to about layoffs in order to start sh-t and wide spread panic. My dept. was told no layoffs during our last townhall. Others are saying they were directly told there ARE layoffs coming. Unless there's another media leak we won't know jack.
