Considering that things have been going from bad to worse at Cigna for a while now and it only intensified lately, how many have decided they are done with this place? Most of the people I work with are now determined to be out of Cigna before the end of the year, so I'm just wondering how widespread is this.

I am looking after today's hideous FOW update but I expect it to take me a while to find something. But I will be leaving. May be exactly what they want but hey.
Wise advice. No one at work is your friend. Do not overshare.
It’s crazy, but I feel like this is a phishing question from HR trying to feel out how many people are looking to leave the organization. This will help determine how many people they will need to get a severance package out to versus will be gone by attrition. Paranoia ensued in 2023!
I'm looking to leave. I'm tired of hearing customers complaining about how Cigna is denying things needlessly, making it difficult for them to get the care or medications they need. I'm told weekly that hospitals and doctors are no longer willing to put up with Cigna and their lack of payment. I apologize for the decisions made by the company, but I shouldn't have to do that! I'm always being recorded so I have to watch what I say, but it's getting old having to say I'm sorry for our poor management of their healthcare needs!
I am planning to leave asap and have several applications out at the moment. The job market is extremely competitive because everyone “wants to work at home” and many don’t know that it’s not all it’s cracked out to be. I know of a couple people that are probably retiring earlier than planned and I know of 2 others on my team actively looking to leave. 3 big names within the company put out their notice of departure just in one week, that might be a sign to get out now. I’m not waiting around to see if the ship sinks. It can sink, but not with me on it.
I've looked at similar positions at other companies, I have not found more total compensation, but the reduced stress and confusion around being reassigned or schedule changes every year is worth the cut.
I’m giving my notice in a few days. Market is tricky…but certainly far from impossible. Was able to find an offer with more money and a better mission. Goodbye Cigna…it’s been…something
I’ve definitely reached my breaking point awhile ago and I’m worried if I don’t leave soon, I will verbally snap at management or a customer. I’m not even an angry person by nature so it goes to show the negative impact this job has had on me. Would honestly rather scoop up rhino po-p at the zoo at this point than continue working here.
I hope everyone who is not happy can leave to find something with better pay and management that actually cares about employees. Mass exodus of top employees to really show em would be ideal. Maybe then cigna will reevaluate their priorities (unrealistic, I know).
6 years ago I was feeling like I could work at Cigna until retirement. The culture has decayed so much since then that I will leave as soon as I can. Messed up job market right now though. Everyone laying off, but also hiring with insanely difficult hiring processes in the meantime. Wish I had jumped ship during the Great Resignation when jobs were a dime a dozen.
I don’t know anybody planning to leave because I only talk to my co-workers about work related things and random filler convo about pets and stuff. Never tell co-workers ur personal business. They aren’t your true friends but “work friends” and will do what they can be get ahead (sorry but tough facts of life). Some folks don’t do that but better safe than sorry. I did talk to a couple people who had left. They mostly said one of two things. The first is their manager was and or became awful. The second was they found something that paid better.
