Kate needs to look at her front line managers. There is no North Star out there, only managers ( senior VP down to MROS) who do not care about customers, you know the ones who pay the bills. They do not care at all, yet they push you can. Such a messed up leadership.

I agree on this original post. Brining in some good people at top - but the issues are first/second/third line managers.

I understand what they are trying to say. Here in Arizona MRO is saying no overtime let the customers find other services
