Someone needs to unplug from F5. These comments will do nothing. You’re mad, that’s obvious. Work on that. But don’t waste your time online bashing that accomplishes nothing. No, I’m not FLD. I’m a low level employee that can’t understand why a former or current employee would be going through old posts to comment like you are. Seriously concerned for your health. If you must, create a new post that’s longer than one sentence, explain why you are so mad and what F5 or any company owes you? Explain why anyone needs to listen to your constructive(?) criticism.

This happens every quarter - after every single earnings call, on good or bad earnings. Markets don't like forward-looking statements that paint a not so perfect picture of endless growth. Management (not just F5) does it because they think it's better to set the bar low no matter what. That way, if they have a bad quarter, it's in line with how they've set expectations. If they surpass expectations, they look like geniuses.
So many companies do this, and it happens so frequently with FFIV, it's just noise. We're back up 3% already today.

Stock prices 10% down in one day ! It’s easy to blame “market trends” instead of looking in the mirror! Useless, incompetent executives and horrible middle managers are destroying the business. Moving every position to India won’t help.

There is no quality, there is only ship schedule. Yet, sr. executives talk about quality issues to solve. If they don't know what is causing quality issues, they are not the right people to run the org.

while I was there, qa was defined as "good enough" but I could never get additional details of what "good enough" meant. it was always about schedule. I believe I finally got booted as I asked too many questions about about the meaning of "good enough".
QA? What QA? AI will replace everyone, including technical support! F5 clients will get support using ChatGPT! The only thing not "Artificial" in this company is the bonuses for clueless VPs.
