To the poster who mentioned Accredo, they really should just start the CC employees there at like $25/hr at this point. It won't fix all the problems but imagine will keep some more people short-term.
They also are making the Accredo employees work 5+ hours of OT a week now in the contact center because turnover is insane
At least they sent us that Evernorth coffee mug and (comically) tiny mousepad a few months ago!
