Any insight?

Any insight as to when the next round of layoffs will be occurring? Specifically wondering about Bank.

I’m interested to know if a class action could come of the people who were bullied out or fired right before layoffs under fake PIPs so severance pay didn’t have to be paid to them.

The consent order work is still there for other areas in the bank. I know they over hired purposely for AML back in 2021, whenever the AML work is close to being finished, I don’t expect all those hired in 2021 to be around.

It is very clear that USAA contrived phoney PIPs and engaged in bullying tactics to get people to quit or outright fire them to avoid paying the 1 year severance. My question is why doesn't the organization responsible for the consent order delve into this? Certainly, they have heard the complaints. That organization put this stipulation in place for a reason, and USAA is thumbing its nose at the consent order.

The consent order is still there until end of 2024. Until then, you get a year of severance. You can check the documents

The bank is about 2000 people above paln. Consent order is no more so all them posishes that were added as a result of CO are going to get axed. If u we’re doing BCC work, be concerned…

Any specific area in bank you are wondering about? I think people in general are scared to post and be exposed.
