Look they lost a huge contract (Blue Cross) so they are bound to make more cuts. If you need a job look for something now, otherwise plan on getting unemployment and budget accordingly until you find your next gig. Just some words of advice.

My CTM just seems so squirrelly lately. I think she knows something. She’s been very short and rude when anyone asks about layoffs. “Stop bringing morale down with that talk” followed by a nervous laugh and snort. Like are you serious? Stick your head in the sand because that will protect you. Not one brain cell that has any independent thought. Anyway we won’t get any answers from these managers but more cuts are coming.
July? Not sure if that’s specific to navi, but seems there’s layoffs planned for then.
When is the next date that they are laying off? Everyone is tight lipped and scared.
Navi never should have merged with these people!
If no return date noted in their OOO message, they may not be returning..
Many people out of the office it seems. No idea if they were let go or what is going on. No word from anyone about this at all, teams in the dark and redistributed but unknown when or where. After all the transitions and all else in the last few years, it is beyond incredible....
