I've spent all morning following up on unpaid invoices from publishers not being paid.

At the same time, no payroll budget...

I started working for Follett in 2001, and can assure you that unpaid invoices and credit holds has always been a problem.

Payments have been delayed since pandemic with little change it seems. Stores and students take the brunt. Defies common sense and will take us down.

It's a wealth transfer from Follett to the investment group. Follett won't exist a year from now.

A DF Policy back to the family ownership days. Longer you hold your money the better off you are.
Only pay, as little as possible, when they cut you off.
