Several associates and managers asked Don Hendricks directly if he could attend an associate/store level management engagement seminar, where people can address concerns and get real-time answers for the astounding number of issues Belk is facing. Well the answer to that was a big NO. Belk corporate does not want to be put in the HOT SEAT where possible malfeasance and/or underhanded business tactics can purposefully or accidentally be exposed in a forum like setting. This says everything you need to know about this trashy company.

It sure does! Is anyone really surprised? Things at my store are rapidly getting worse. Every day is a new problem. All I can hope for is my store will be one of the first to close.
