We had this conversation as a group in a team meeting but I am uncertain if this is or was on an individual basis as well. We were told that this is being monitored at the corporate level. Is this what you are referring to?

They are monitoring badge swipes. You can just swipe your badge and then turn around and walk back to your car. You can go on Pulse and there is an app to see your badge swipes.
My manager is able to see badge swipes per associate.
They are not monitoring if you are logging onto the network from inside a building. I have access to the dashboard, it is tells you the building, date, and time of the badge swipe. That is the only information appearing on the dashboard.
Hmm are they monitoring how long you are on the network? That might explain why I see so many people sitting in their car on their laptops in the parking lot during the day hahahahaha
If you are referring to monitor of people being in the office, then yes it is happening, enterprise wide.
There is an HR dashboard for hybrid category compliance. My mgr shared with their team that this exists. It is supposed to show if associates are following or not following their respective assigned hybrid category (aka how many days a week your butt needs to be in an office).
And to be clear, it is not badge swipes that are being counted. What is counted is logging into the network in a building.

The associates who are and are not in compliance with the hybrid work plan.
What's being monitored? This site?
Yep it is. There is no fighting it. I do think its ridiculous for a person to get fired over it.
