What happened to the ESS this year and last year? Earlier our managers used to say it's so important for the company, analyzing the results and so on. Even DC said it's extremely important for him. Absolute silence for the past two years.

Go eat a peanut. It's 100% true my boss just can't do any math let alone statistics to make data driven decisions. You should see her reading paragraphs to us during check-ins. Won't even try to make it sound like she is not reading. Ummms's, the needle, work in silos, piggy back off, the ask is. Jesus, just say what you need to say.
She also thinks she is white. That's a whole other bundle of issues.

They know they'll be dragged, so they're avoiding it. Speaks volumes.
They sent out targeted surveys to about 40% of the employees and made it not anonymous. Basically they don’t want to know the real truth and they don’t really care if there are lots of things we are unhappy about. Apparently part do the survey was to rank benefits…guessing so they can get rid of the lowest rated benefits in yet another unneeded cost cutting move.
