I can feel that im getting squeezed out. Plus i saw 2 different job levels, one being mine, on the job board/linkedin. How long does this usually take until you get the boot? When they find the right person? Or sooner? Curious if ill have a month, three months before im let go. Yes i need to apply to other companies.

If you feel like you are being squeezed out, then you are doing the smart thing by looking for a new job, especially since we just had our AIP paid out. I don't think there is any way to know timing but the HR machinery would probably take 8-10 weeks so you have a little time. Technically they can't just replace you with someone else unless you get a PIP, which would typically come with a 60 day timeline. So if a job looks similar to yours BUT you don't have a PIP and instead are worried about a RIF, it is possible but it is trickier for HR to pull off. There would need to be some sleight of hand on their part that included a reorganization or consolidation or some change to stay within HR policies. BTW if you very concerned and also happen to be in a protected job category (example age 50+), and you see that posting for your very similar job, you could try applying for it. That would give you some documentation for a possible discrimination lawsuit -- since you can show that you are obviously qualified for the position but are not being considered for it possibly for a factor such as age (I have no idea how old you are just passing on what an employment attorney shared with me).
