This place used to be a good maybe even great place to work for but unfortunately that’s changed. It used to mean something to work hard for those members and providers to improve outcomes. Now most of us find ourselves working hard for nothing while the big wigs line their pockets. Oh and those bosses you once loved, you know the ones that stood up for you…They are now staff VPs and VPs 10-15 years away from retirement just trying to make enough money before they retire. This has created the toxic “yes” culture we have today. Putting all the pressure on front line, managers and directors. See these people you once admired had their souls su-ked from them and now they are just trying to get paid and say yes till they can retire not caring who they pi-s off/burn out in the process. Better look at yourself in the mirror before it happens to you too.

This place was once great to work for until they became for profit. They’re a disgrace. No wonder they fired people who tried to get a union in there. I refuse to tell people I was employed by these thieves. They robbed you out of vacation, sick time, personal time and benefits. Management never fought for their employees. Every employee should go on strike see how they like it.
It’s horrible, I don’t know who said it was a great place to work. My whole team is treated like livestock. Our manager is awful. Does not care about us at all and is a bully. I have no clue why managers like her exist. She does not advocate for us at all. She should be fired but everyone is afraid of retaliation & nobody checks up on her at all even when her ratings were terrible on the employee satisfaction survey.
I'm glad I'm a few years from retirement. This is the way all of these corporations operate. No future for anyone who works for them. You can just expect pain and sorrow as they su-k the life from you.
Gail’s job is to increase share price. Period. That’s a CEO’s job. If employees get dumped on or clients get lousy service, no matter. It’s all about share price. Good luck on the RIF’s today.
I agree about Gail being the end to what use to be a good company to work for. I was apart of the last RIF having been with the company over 18 years. She has been the worst CEO and longest employed CEO since I worked there. It makes you wonder why she hasn't been replaced? Most of all the work is going overseas to India and other places. Maybe if she was RIFED and someone new could come in to Clean up her mess and make the company good again. And stop buying up other companies to make it look like the company is doing so well.
Spot on. I know of a current staff VP who is burning out their directors to get to the VP level. Says yes to everything with no consideration of their ppls work life balance
It became toxic when Gail joined and has gotten worse every year since.
