The ORRS plan is out the window, they’re trying to save their jobs now.

To the OP. Rumor or Personal Opinion? I know Clean Sheeting is happening and they've had "Guests" in both Towers for a week or longer.
I'm hoping they don't try it again at Debutts. Last time was a Cluster.
