The ATT hack seems sorta similar to what happened at Latitude finacial and we know DXC was blamed for that. So I'm trying to figure out if DXC is responsible here to and if Hughes was thrown to the wolves.

You really think Raul is going to fix anything ?
He has been in the board and observed the clowns bumbling around so he is either a fool himself or has no idea how to fix the circus around him or like many others, just another snout in the DXC pig trough.
Fix DXC; I think that is called “a triumph of hope over experience “.
It is we who need to fix it because we can. Leave the circus behind !

He quit, mid to end of February. They spent a few weeks trying to convince him to stay. He said no, they made an announcement middle of march. He's on garden leave as of April 1 not sure what his official last day is but he is "out of role" as of 4/1 and drumgoole is taking over.

Hughes was a really good security person... Just not a leader or capable of leading sales or even product creation.
He was just a good security expert.
Still, at least compared to the rest of the muppet show he was good at something.

Hughes was not a Saint and neither he added any value to the security portfolio. He had an army of useless buuummmmzzzz.
There are other evps and SVP's who are in the same boat. Half of the so called L3s will not even get a janitor job in Google, AWS, MSFT or Nvidia type of tech companies.
Raol has to jump in and fix this. This is a sinking ocean liner - definitely need a drastic step/s to fix the problem.
