Had I known I would be working with old burnt out menopausal nasty disposition woman that feel HR will always have their back because men are the enemy, I would have NEVER taken a job there. Good riddance!

Your employment as this company will never be secure. Spend your time searching for jobs on Gainwell's dime.
always better to look for a job when you have one - prospective employers don't look favorably when the couch is being warmed!
Easy free money for old timers who are earning more than 175K. Few are so out of order that they are unfit to get another job, even if they try outside.
It is not easy to find a new job. Easy to say. Fear mongers enjoy sadistic pleasure - they will reap what they sow!

At this point it has become obvious that Gainwell has chosen the business model of laying off employees on a weekly basis. Zero communication about it is given to the employees before or after the layoff.
So at this point if you choose to stay working for Gainwell Technologies you are assuming this risk of layoff on a weekly basis.
No week is safe.
I keep hoping layoffs are done but they keep happening. I'm now constantly stressed over it.
