There is nothing to take "pride" in at Gainwell. All the systems are either obsolete or were terrible to begin with.
You people act like every company isn’t constantly offshoring.

Everyone here should be "insecure" about their jobs. The CEO is OPENLY TELLING YOU he is outsourcing everything he can. So stop caring.
A lot of you sound like you have never experienced outsourcing or had to work with Indian colleagues. It's not their fault that Gainwell (Veritas) is pursuing outsourcing either, it doesn't help to get insulting. It makes you seem insecure about your job. Based on the many posts here, a lot of you have been collecting a paycheck for doing nothing, by your own admission. What did you expect? Not a good look.

Best advice - keep your mental health sane. With a rage against the corrupt system, don’t lose your core self. Don’t like the way corporation is outsourcing jobs, go find another corporate which will allow you to make free money.

If your boss is a liar then you not doing your job and drawing paychecks alone does make you a saint - in your own self esteem/integrity, you are a fraud/cheater who is stealing money. It is Veritas who decides how they want their $$$ to be spent and where.
Don’t lose your character just because you are upset with corporation and system. Period.
