There is serious irony with that going on and our annual training (including ethics) being assigned today.
If you have proof of anything report it to the Ethics hotline, document it in case you get fired, and if you have enough proof report it to CMS.
Does anyone think the audit was randomly selected? If the audit fails there will be terminations no doubts abouts that.
