Divisional location strategy information?

Do any divisions have an online informational resource for location strategy details? In his CSBB AMAs, SVB keeps referring to the Our Workplace page on Teamworks, but it is laughably thin. The only things posted are his January announcement, a video of one (but not both) of the January office hours, and location announcements from other divisions. There is no substantive detail despite early promises of an FAQ and other resources to help employees whose lives are being upended. In CSBB, communications (such as they are) have become more and more contradictory particularly re: timing and those who will be affected. Direct managers are telling a story that is significantly different from what we're hearing from the top. This shouldn't surprise me, but it is a disgraceful way to treat employees. One might think it isn't actually a location strategy but rather an excuse to make indiscriminate cuts.

The only Hubs at some point will be in India…. The real push is for cheap labor….Indians beware, as greedy corporate US CEOs hand you our middle class…. The Phillippines are looking over your shoulder with even cheaper labor ready to take it from you…

Because it's not a location strategy at all. It's a fire us all strategy. You moving to a hub doesn't accomplish the goal. FHY.

Why are we not allowed to relocate to the hub locations on our dime? My group was told we can then last week we were told we can’t.

from Teamworks you can change to any other orgs teamworks page and go to their communications section. Ive been able to get the links to various org location strategy q&A's which are recorded and you can rewatch. you can also go to the WF on demand site and watch any and all town halls.

For every tower being affected it will be in both email and on your respective Teamworks page. Every mass communication is stored out there. If you can’t find it that’s on you.

If you’re wanting a single source to review EVERY business units location strategy that will never happen. Just think about that for a second. People are 100% sour grapes about everything and will cry and stomp their feet like children if MN is a core for team A, a specialty for team B but for them on team C it’s nothing and all will be removed. COO only needs to know where COO sites are. End of story.

I would expect the CEO and business line CEOs to collaborate in person to coordinate and publish location decisions in one document. A single freaking excel doc of ALL WF broken down by business would suffice at this point!

There's nothing. Not even my L3s know the plan.

PS: there is nothing "well" about Wells

Some were told happening this year, others in 2 years. It is a cluster f.

You are going to be eliminated in the next [insert arbitrary time frame].

CS wants to demoralize and folks to voluntarily resign so he does not pay severance.
