A lot of talk about an April 12, 2024 layoff in Greenville. Anyone know anything?

This is the best and most accurate description of what L3 and upper management do and have done for certain individuals at the Greenville Texas location. I’ve been here, been a layoff then brought back, never had an affair on my spouse of 23 years and I’ve worked hard to be productive yet the company allows the worst of the worst to stay employed. Like it basically states below, these people are a risk to the entire company. How can this be allowed? The sad thing is it’s true with no doubt it’s happening throughout. Personal conduct should be taken in account.
I have to say this. Greenville L3 plant is a total joke. There are good people that work here but if layoffs are so needed then why did they not start with those who have not one iota of morality or commitment to the company?
I know of a person that I’ve worked with personally that is nothing but a womanizer, narcissist that thinks his cr-p does not stink. He claims he’s protected by upper level management because he has dirt on them. He claims others are terrible while at the same time backstabbing and talking as if he is some kind of savior. Here’s my response to you Donny Wright, YOU ARE A TERRIBLE GODLESS SOUL! You put our company at risk everyday all day due to your womanizing and outright immoral behavior. I’m not sure how in Gods glorious name you have remained employed much less a security clearance. You do not do your job! You act like you do so much but most around you realize you are full of cr-p.
I would hope that the next round of layoffs would affect those like you Mr Wright and not those who do their job on an honest and hardworking attitude. You are a terrible person and only those of us who can see through your BS see it or those who do not are just like you.

Greenville Tx, I’ll never work for that cut throat company again everyday your on high alert the stress was too much if that wasn’t enough nepotism and cronyism is rampant as well as people taking credit for work they didn’t do
I hope they sell my group. Anything would be better at this point.
Was told they’re doing 4 rounds of layoffs at gvl today. Did one round at about 8:30, one at 10’ish, doing one now (1pm) and one more before COB today. No one knows if they’ll continue tomorrow, but the conference room they’re using is booked all day today and tomorrow. 2 from my Cubicle area, heard several from my section got RIF’d and a couple level 6’s that I figured would be pretty safe are part of the 1pm group.
5 people in our cube room at GVL. Was told about 250 total at GVL, some may not have happened yet.

Org chart has been removed, and trying to access it from search history gives a message from successfactors that "you don't have permission to access this page"
Very very very suspicious that they remove this information on the day of the supposed layoffs
It's likely going to take both days the 11th and 12th to notify and outprocess everyone.

I heard Todd Rimbey is out at ADG Plano, and more lvl 6-7 layoffs expected. Seems they are cleaning out all the experience and gutting ADG.
Late last week the successfactors org chart had 50487 under Kubasic

Executives are getting replaced or moved around to different areas, not added on. There’s a difference. Constant restructuring of IMS sectors and divisions as well as moving management around to different areas is never a good sign. I don’t think Corliss is choosing to leave tbh. They were probably trying to be nice and worded it like it was her choice. Better than what they did to Michelle turner blindsiding her and firing her. I also see a lot of execs leaving… they know things before we do. My boss took away our monthly pizza we used to get during month end close not long ago due to “budget cuts”. Pizza really ?😂 If we are nickel and diming that bad I think we are in serious trouble.
If IMS is in trouble with Q1 results then why do we constantly get emails about them hiring one executive after another? We are going to wind up with more executives than worker bees at this rate.
Do we know the types of jobs they are looking to cut or will this be a reduction in work force spread through all jobs?
Too much emphasis on if it's gonna happen or not. Yes there are way too many coincidences this last few months but look at the last several layoffs. Look what type of people got let go. If you are not them then don't worry about it, you still are employed.
Nobody knows if this rumor is true just go to work do your job you will be ok
If SuccesFactors let's you see the total number of employees by way of indirect reports under the ceo then does anyone wanna take a wager on how long it'll be until they hide that number for everyone that is a site lead and up?

Where is peoplesoft org chart tool? I clicked on org chart from nexus but that one does not show counts.
I saw that the company reduced their head count by about 450 this week and that was just the start. The new people soft org chart tool will show you the indirect reports under Chris K. If you track the number daily you can see the layoffs in real time.
They need young people to do the work. They are proud almost 50% of the company has under 5 years experience. And then there is constant complaining about not having the right resources (because you need experience) to do the work.
You have the accelerated PM program where you only get a shot if you have a sponsor and show gumption- and then get moved on to the next rotation letting everyone else deal with the cr-p.
This place is a great place to work if you're young- but get your experience and gtfo.

I used to work at L3 and our company had a small RIF today. In our debrief meeting they mentioned that they wanted to get ahead of the L3 Greenville RIF on the 12th so our folks could get a jump on looking for jobs before the L3 people start looking.
April 12th is the day - bad Q1 and L3 needs something positive to present in the earnings call a week later. Brush up that resume Salt Lake.
The layoffs are real. There’s an article in the Waco tribune confirming 50 were let go the other week. I believe more layoffs are coming. How many is the question. I wish people would stop believing the executives. Or bothering to ask them even. They will never tell you the truth and they don’t give a cr-p about any of us. They need to use you to do the work until the day they don’t need you anymore. Being in accounting though for IMS it’s a mess and doesn’t look good just saying
Did they say/announce this? I’m trying to see if this a rumor or if it has been officially announced. I’ve been hearing a lot of mixed things about IMS, Greenville/Plano/Waco recently.
Haven’t heard specifics on Which Plano location…or if the other recent layoffs from Waco and Plano will be counted towards that 500. Everything is speculation though. Last Rif they did at gvl, we were hearing 10% would be RIF’d just from that location, and they only fired ~100…layoffs are bad either way but hopefully it’s not nearly as much as they’re saying

Heard Apr 12th. Hearing around 500 total for IMS with ~250 of that just from gvl and another 2-300 taken from Waco, Rockwall and Plano.
