Is it true Corning has cut funding to CMOG and told them they have to run off donations and ticket sales like museums in the big cities do? Heard they also are eliminating the museum busses the day before Memorial Day just when the tourist season kicks off.

They spend $45 million a year and only make $15 million a year. Corning funds the rest look at there 2022 tax returns for the museum.

Sounds like a good plan to me. The museum gets enough traffic to stand on its own feet.
