People aren’t just being let go. Many wait til their bonus clears to put in their notice.
They need to get rid of the CEO , president and Coo and combine those three roles with someone experience, replace Drew and Tanya and bring competent person as CFO and HR leader.
This company is way too management heavy. So many middle and upper leadership who have no direct reports. So what do they actually do?
Rumor has it Main is leaving for another organization, but my guess is he resigned in lieu of being terminated.
There is a lot of favoritism, they are getting rid off anybody but Drew's friends. Look at the utter disaster that is medicare and they still have Rick Fisher there in another job su-king the blood of the company, they dismantle corp quality and now they have a mess just because Drew wanted a Wellcare friend there, working here is like Russian roulette, lack of clear direction and reckless decision making. I don't see anything good happening here.
They should get rid of London, Drew and Tania, those are the heavy weight mismanaging the company, all that they do is talk, a chatbot would do better work than they do anyway. The no good operators left, they cut off with an axe instead of a scalpel,I don't see this getting any better any time soon until they clean the house from the top, and only the board can do that
they need to - this is where the problem lies. Way to top heavy and many VP's and RVP's need to go. Most corporate organizations are realizing that useless VP's and RVP's are not worth the money or effort. Just have managers direct the work.
