Anyone Feel like management is trying to make us Quit?

Does anyone feel like managers are overwhelming you with negativity and pressure and trying to make work actual h3ll itself?

I’ve never felt so unheard at Citi as I do right now. I used to love working for Citi.
When Mike was still over things, the culture was incredible. No judgement company. All inclusive and proud to be so.I advocated so hard for this company. Then COVID hit and everything changed and it’s so sad to say that I now feel like just a number. I’m sorry for those who have lost their job or your passion and for all the families going through this

It's irritating to be treated as chess pieces and headcounts. It's sad what things have become.

Yep. Absolutely.

Of course. This is one of the strategies in use to reduce headcount without having to pay severance.

Trust me, the managers are as clueless and as frustrated as anyone else. Nobody layer 3 down to 8 has any insight, influence, or impact on any of this.
