Some IT organizations had every single person emailed, including the managers.
The last day is April 12th if you picked the offer of VSPP. I was not a show of interest, but an actual offer if you chose to go. This offer is for some union groups.

Not quite right friend. Emails not letters went out. They were received on Monday 3-18 not this Tuesday 3-26. Noboby took the package, they gave an 'expression of interest' and the company will decide by 4-8 if they are let go or not. For those allowed to leave last day will be 4-12 but again, no guarantees on leaving just cause you expressed interest. I have no idea about the 2800 needed number, but that sounds reasonable

I honestly don't give a f any more. This company has broken me.
Has management started discreetly selecting people ?
Is it going to be based on annual comp of the employee or performance / future project pipeline based?
Have to wait for the Vspp’s to be completed. Then company will decide what numbers they need to complete project. Probably May 1st.
