I am seeing 345 people let go on 3/23 (Terminated with pay). Anyone know of anyone who was impacted? Looks like evernorth lost 50 people (probably most a department lost).

The March 345 were notified in February, allegedly. That helps Cigna adhere to laws that require companies to notify the state before layoffs. The 50 from Evernorth hit multiple areas, allegedly. Yes, they were the lucky ones.
Toxic work culture starts at the top. Healthy work culture starts at the top too. A leader cannot run a company like this and then preach Vitality. How many workers went on meds for anxiety, depression, panic attacks since they started at Cigna? I bet it’s a lot. Life is short. Do you want to keep working for toxic, gas lighting, fear instilling bosses? I don’t so. it’s time to take action.

Where are you seeing this? And 3/23 was a Saturday. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a big chunk let go but the dates confuses me.
