Mattel execs have continuously put bottom line margins above people across the entire company. The company can have great bottom lines during the year and still give paltry raises and have yearly layoffs/restructuring without having a definitive plan on how to move forward and di-k around with people’s lives, while Ynon is bringing in $15 million in bonuses. Maybe it’s time to discuss unionization to protect ourselves and the future employees of Mattel/FP.

Executive Producer! Nothing executive about them. Try top cheerleader
Let's see ... Mattel buys American Girl ... American Girl declines and is nearing oblivion. Mattel buys Fisher-Price ... Fisher-Price declines and is nearing oblivion. Mattel buys MEGA ... MEGA declines and is nearing oblivion. These were HUGE brands and what is the common denominator is each case. Mattel, declines, oblivion. Bad management plain and simple, black and white, there's no denying it. Mattel is poorly run and has been for years.
Here we go with the East vs West arguments.
I think it’s actually well understood that FP EA is more of a community then ES is.
Like, literally everyone who works at Mattel knows that.
"Community" doesn't make the rich investors richer. Melting down your workforce and spending the extra cash on stock buybacks does.
What is also not understood is FP EA was more of a community then ES is. The people live and work close by without a hour or longer commute. Getting together with coworkers was easy and often at FP. Probably why we all got along better! So sorry for all the talented people.
That is not reported in the public statement, $ earned from movie!
What about all the money Ynot and Di-ksuck made on the Barbie movie for the executive producer credits?
