Why members of the congress present at INTC AZ for CHIPS funding announcement ceremony. Why not at AMD or NVDA ?

Chips act was single handedly an Intel's idea. Pat worked round the clock to get it through. AMD , NVidia only took the benefits.

There will be no AMD and Nvidia fabs. Those guys are smart enough to not want to dig hard cash into the ground.

Intel will be your future politicians and government officials, not a chip making anymore because they cannot and will not able to produce anymore chips. Biden and Trump will be your next AI chip design engineers.
Intel has more impressive buildings to photo op in front of. They are politicians so superficial is what attracts them.
