How about laying off the excessive amount of AVPs and VPs that do nothing all day? They are all put on "special projects" to automate our jobs. How about automating them or realizing they are not needed at all?
Is anyone doing the job described to them in the interview? Are you getting laid off from the job you were recruited into or some unrecognizable job that they made you do with no education, no training, no pay raise?
