At least 3 Data scientists and some leadership was let go with 1 month notice. Worst part of this is we are not communicated properly how many were let go. And with reorg, we dont know what we gonna do in a few weeks. Is this the first wave??

Likely not the end of layoffs. Polish up your resume and get it out there.
How do you know at least 3 data scientists?
There was an announcement on the org changes in CS, Marketing, and EEA but they didn't go into detail on the number of people laid off. Get your resume up and start looking elsewhere.
