I've been at Lumen for under a year, and I am having a review soon that I don't feel great about. I'm not loving it here, and I turned down many other great offers. I cannot even focus on work with all of this anxiety and seeing people who've been here longer than I have get fired. I feel like I have to put in extra hours and be perfect just to not be on the chopping block.
I've learned a little and the pay is way more than I ever had, but that's the only good part. Everything else is stress.
