Do you believe the Foundry management are completely incapable, especially those under Ann in TD and in Aziz's analytics and automation group? They just pass and steal other people's PowerPoint and escalate people who do the actual work, and put other people's work into their own OKR. Especially the guy named Bala, who is a complete fake.

In every organization there are errand boys and girls who are aware of their lot in life as good for doing anything and everything for the current ruling classes. In reality your state in life is determined by what kinds of errand boys and girls you attract. But Intel id--t influentials are blind peasants as they get so they think 250 comp 50 expense account with a 30 year mortgage and their stock is good like Kennedys or the Windsors .
@tbm+1rG2ChRM, there is no group more responsible for Intel's current demise than LTD. It is hard to believe that AS is the single cause. LTD gave up the process technology lead between 2016-2018 due to incompetence and arrogance. AS came back from a few years in IT after all this happened. He is however an example of the type of manager that needs to be replaced. He and the other individuals mentioned in OPs statement are examples of old school employees who won't give up established process and ideas regardless of the fact it no longer helps Intel compete. AS has also always surrounded himself with same group of clowns and brown nosers for over 2 decades. They have literally followed him from org to org. There is no hope of new ideas getting through. At this point in their careers they are convinced that they know everything and everyone else is wrong.
Toxic organization under Aziz. With the re-orgs, Aziz from Assembly came to be manager on Process Logic automation. What a joke, an id--t is blinding drive the org, single point of failure.
