Is negative infinity an option? Honestly, when I left, I had an offer on the table for 30% more money and told them where they could stick it as I wasn't leaving because of the money. No amount of money would convince me to stay at F***tum.

If I was one of these degenerates whose sole job it is to spam people with harassing emails about sh-t that doesn't matter, I could see it being fun. Being on the receiving end of it when I'm trying to juggle the responsibilities of 10 real jobs? Yeah that's a 1 from me, boss.
I left the company a while ago (on my own - not laid off). I would never recommend it to anyone. Ever. Still there? Get out - life is better. So very much better.
Well seeing that they laid off the NPS team the other day I guess this post is irrelevant (1 to 10 is what was used to get to the Net Promoter Score).
Prior to 2019 I would have recommended as the company seemed a bit respectable, currently - forget it!
Well I recommend if i want to be hated later on but if they are looking for something temporary and don’t mind learning how a hostile environment works, and that they will have among multiple health issues depression will be added, if they want to learn how to spot being noncompliant in about every area of business , how the rich guys become richer, and this is just a temporary job on the way to something better. Sure
